Today is officially 1 month on Transform.
I am 6’-4” and currently 252 pounds
This shirt was a little too short last month due to my belly, but you can see it’s just right today. I have fine tuned my diet and this supplement has made it really easy for me to stick to it. I am a zero cardio guy, but I love to lift. That said I have not been strict to my routine over the last month because October general has us running crazy with the kids. Here are some pros and cons.
- down 13 pounds
- clothes fit better
- massive energy
- I get full very fast (see cons)
- metabolism is up
- blood sugar is stabilized
- no brain fog
- no food noise (no desire to snack)
- arms are starting to lean out (even without regular lifting)
CONS:
- I get full very fast (can be hard to hit my protein goals. Sometimes I take it 30 minutes before my meal and when I sit down to eat, I’m no longer hungry)
- I posted this stupid bathroom selfie (I swore I would never do that)
