I just went back through my pictures checking dates and adding to a collage for comparison 
In the first picture, I had just started taking fulvic humic acid. I didn’t realize my hair was so thin- until it started getting thicker. Before, it took forever to grow. I felt like it was basically at a standstill. I had started taking fulvic for other reasons but my hair definitely benefited. Over this past summer, I added Glow liquid collagen and I saw even more growth. I had baby hairs coming in all over and now my hair is growing even thicker. I can only imagine what my insides look like if my hair, skin, and nails are doing so well. This goes to show if we only give the body what it needs it can do the rest
