This is an “Absolute discomfort VS minor discomfort with proper support” post.
Let me explain: In the photo on the left, I wasn’t regular. I’d eat and my body wasn’t functioning properly. Food sensitivities & IBS symptoms would arise and it would be painful and heavy. The food wouldn’t leave my body. It felt like I ate steak and potato meals all the time. Puffiness in my face and swollen hands and feet were my first sign of gut discomfort. I couldn’t “suck it in” it was there for the world to see….
The photo on the right is of me feeling some bloating and discomfort. I was able to eat rich foods and deep-fried foods the other night. My misery only lasted for a few hours, the bloat wasn’t NEAR as bad, and my acid reflux has completely stopped. You don’t need to live uncomfortably.
