10 days and I’m down 4.7 lbs!!

Here’s my Routine !!!!
Warm lemon water & GLOW when I wake up.
An hour later, I eat my NOURISH overnight oats, take RENEW & drink my MOJO
I‘m not hungry until late afternoon- I have a meal with an ENRICH, BOOST & BALANCE
For dinner, I have NOURISH and I snack on fruits!
At bedtime, I have ENRICH, BOOST& OPTIMIZE.

I also drink over 100 ounces of water a day. And walk a mile 3-4x a week.
