I started taking Transform on Sunday (4 days ago) and here’s what I noticed so far:
I’m down 4 pounds since Sunday.
I’m eating less at meal times.
I have zero cravings between meals and no more late night grazing.
No cravings for sweets.
I’m fuller longer.
I’m thinking clearer and more focused.
My energy is amazing and my mood is more stable and I’m happier.
I’m sleeping better and not waking up in the middle of the night.
Haven’t had one of “those” headaches since starting.
I’ll be honest about the fact that I’ve never checked my blood sugars, but I didn’t realize how off they probably were. Now that I’ve checked them, I find out that I’ve got huge discrepancies and I suffer from low blood sugar issues. Who knew?!?! Being in the health & beauty industry for so long, I’m naturally a skeptic about sensational claims especially when it comes to health and science. I need the data – and holy bananas does this have impressive research & data behind it – Harvard Medical to be precise.
I’m follow the recommended dosage – 1 before small meals, 2 before large meals about 30-60 minutes before I eat. I’m still using Enrich and Zest as usual.
