Return Policy
- Tangible Products and Marketing Materials
- Associates and Customers may return tangible products and marketing materials within 10 days (30 days for Customers) of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs and a 10% restocking fee.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting Tranont customer service.
- Associates and Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Tranont.
- Products returned after the 10-day (30-day) return period will not be accepted for a refund.
- Services
- Refunds for services purchased directly from Tranont must be requested within 10 days of purchase or within 10 days of first use, whichever occurs sooner.
- A 10% administrative set-up fee will be applied to all service refunds.
- Refunds for services purchased through a third-party must be sought directly from the third-party.
- Abuse
- Tranont monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
