I’m shaking with excitement! In 72 hours, I’ve released 3.6 lbs and 2 inches from my hips!
And even pulled out a small size underwear from my dresser!!
I’m watching my blood sugars, and they’re dropping 8 points – eating the same exact meal I had last week before starting Transform!
* I wanted to edit this and say that I’ve also doubled my water intake from 96oz a day to 200 oz a day. Water helps so much when losing weight!
I am sleeping better, eating less at meals, not snacking on chocolate and I have regular BMs now!!!!!
